This new phase of activity at Ca Na Marola, with Jaume Crespí at the forefront, maintains what has always been the essence of this restaurant over the years. Ca Na Marola has always been closely associated with the sea and traditional cuisine, with several different generations having been involved in the management of the business in one way or another. Indeed, the three sagas of sailors who have always been a part of this family provide a clear connection between the past and present of Ca Na Marola, where the flavour of traditional cuisine is still the overriding essence of the restaurant.
